These Terms govern your use of Kazi Board. By creating an account, you agree to them.

What Kazi Board provides

Kazi Board helps candidates organise career information, search for opportunities, and prepare application materials. It also helps employers rank discoverable candidate profiles, organise a recruitment pipeline, prepare interview and reference-check materials, draft offers, and send reviewed recruitment communications through a protected relay. It is a support service, not a recruiter, employer, legal adviser, or guarantee of employment or a successful hire.

Your account and information

You are responsible for the information you upload and for keeping your account credentials secure. You confirm that you have the right to provide your career information and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

AI-assisted content

Draft CVs, applications, recruitment emails, interview materials, reference requests, offer letters, job matches, and other generated content are working materials for human review. Candidates must verify application facts before use. Employers must verify every recipient, date, instruction, employment term, approval, and hiring decision before using or sending recruitment material.

Acceptable use

Do not use Kazi Board to misrepresent experience, submit automated applications, interfere with job sites, upload unlawful content, attempt to access another person’s workspace, scrape candidate profiles, or use employer search and messaging for anything other than legitimate hiring activity. Employers must have authority to contact any referee whose address they enter and remain responsible for fair, lawful, and human-reviewed hiring decisions.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Kazi Board. We may revise these Terms when the service changes. Continued use after a revised version takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Privacy and marketing

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Notice. Marketing updates are optional and separate from creating an account. You can withdraw marketing consent in your profile at any time.
